Teens for Christ Rwanda has four organs. The Board is one of them, and it is an Executive Committee. They meet to implement decisions made by the General Assembly.

They also make decisions regarding their duties. The Board is elected by the General Assembly, and their term to serve as the Executive Committee is seven years, which can be renewed or changed, and others can be elected.
