Leadership

The Leadership of Teens for Christ Rwanda has four organs. The Board is one of them, and it is an Executive Committee. They meet to implement decisions made by the General Assembly. They also make decisions regarding their duties. The Board is elected by the General Assembly, and their term to serve as the Executive Committee is seven years, which can be renewed or changed, and others can be elected.

MBANZABUGABO MUTETERI Aminadab

Mr MBANZABUGABO MUTETERI AMINADAB is Rwandan Married to Diane having 3 Children, Brayden, Christa and Adriel. The Founder and Executive Director of Teens for Christ Rwanda since 2014. Tent maker of Stella Impact Rwanda Limited. He is also a Pastor at Inkuru Nziza Church Nyarugenge. He did Leadership and theology, and Youth ministry. He has experience in Social Development, pastoral care, mission work, Bible teacher, Specialist as Entrepreneur. He is also a trainer at the TFC Youth Ministry Institutes. Aminadab has trained over 40 local Missionaries who are now in Different Cities spreading the Gospel into over 69000 Young people every single week in 11 Cities. He is also the representative of Biblical Eldership and Coordinator of Bible Educational Services, He is currently living in Southern Province Kamonyi District. They put together a strategy of how they are going to reach 1 Million Teenagers for Discipleship and evangelism every single week.

NIYONSABA Nehemia

IT Officer

Niyonsaba Nehemia serves as the IT Officer at Teens for Christ Rwanda. He began his journey with the organization as a volunteer in 2022 and has since grown into a full-time staff member.

He holds a Diploma in Electronics and a Certificate in Web Development, combining solid technical knowledge with practical digital expertise. In his role, he oversees technology operations, supports digital systems, and contributes to innovation within the organization.

Nehemiah has led and contributed to several projects, including the development of a School Management System, currently under development, aimed at improving school attendance tracking and strengthening administrative processes.

As part of his ongoing responsibilities, he works three days a week on website management, ensuring: Website security, Regular system updates, Performance monitoring, and Continuous technical improvements.

He also manages and edits digital media content for the ministry by: Overseeing the organization's Facebook page, Editing and publishing YouTube videos, Supporting livestreaming and digital media production for events and outreach.

Additionally, he provides technical support in electronics and develops digital solutions that enhance ministry and community services.
